He is the adored child of Julie Von Spreckelsen (Gregg Adelman) and Kenneth Portner (Lisa Taxin), the devoted brother of Matthew Portner, and the cherished grandchild of Sheldon and the late Cynthia Portner as well as the late Henry & Lorraine Von Spreckelsen. Services will be held at Joseph Levine & Sons, 1002 West Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, Pennsylvania,

on March 13, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited. Additionally, the funeral will be streamed at Private burials are made. At the Portners’ home, Lisa and Kenneth will observe Shiva.

Donations to the charity of the donor’s choice may be made in Andrew’s memory in place of flowers.
