We regret to inform you of the demise of Dirk Lehberger, the venerable manager of the metal group Arch Enemy. On September 2, 2021, Lehberger passed away. He was 51 years old. For some time, he had been battling cancer.

Lehberger was a well-liked personality in the metal scene who was well-known for his love of and commitment to the music business. Having worked as the band’s manager for more than a decade, he had a crucial role in Arch Enemy’s success.

In response to the demise of Noisegate’s creator, Arch Enemy issued the following statement: “We are saddened by the loss of our buddy Dirk Lehberger. He managed our tours for close to ten years and served as our booking agent during some of Arch Enemy’s most significant and fruitful years.
