Dr. Garrett Deckel is a psychiatrist in New York, NY. She received her medical degree from Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and completed residency in Adult Psychiatry at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she is now Clinical Assistant Professor of psychiatry. She sees patients in private practice for psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.

Dr. Deckel specializes in trauma-related disorders including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (especially complex PTSD from childhood trauma) and Dissociative Disorders.
