“Paul McHugh: Remembering the Beloved Fitness Instructor from Walton”

The passing of Paul McHugh, a 37-year-old fitness instructor at Lifestyles Alsop Fitness Centre in Walton, has left a void that has touched the hearts of many. Paul’s day began with a game of football and a visit to Anfield to witness the Liverpool vs. Everton derby. However, he started feeling unwell later in the day, leading to a visit to the walk-in center. Despite the effort to seek medical help, an ambulance was summoned that night, and he was rushed to Aintree University Hospital, where he tragically passed away.
