Meet Kevin, also known as Kevin Paffrath, is a real estate broker, landlord, and YouTuber from the United States.

He was referred to as a “landlord influencer” by Curbed in 2019. Paffrath ran as a Democrat to succeed Gavin Newsom in the unsuccessful recall election for governor of California in 2021.

Paffrath was born on January 28, 1992, in Germany. When he was 18 months old, his parents moved from Wuppertal to the United States, and when he was six years old, his parents got divorced.

In 2010, Meet Kevin obtained his real estate license, and the following year, he and his future wife bought and renovated a foreclosed home.

Later, they started remodeling more houses and rented them out. Through their real estate company, The Paffrath Organization, Paffrath and his wife Lauren purchase restore and lease homes throughout southern California.
