She joined her sister’s real estate company in 2015.

Lamb also has experience in the financial field as she has worked as a banker at Bank of America. She joined the bank in January 2001 but left the firm in April 2005. After she left her job as a banker she worked in marketing at Dream Dinners to expand her experience.

In 2008, she founded her company, Lamb Real Estate and since then she has been in the real estate business.
