— Sam to Freddie. iDate Sam & Freddie is the 15th episode of Season 4 of iCarly, and the eighty-fifth episode overall. It is also the second episode of the four-episode storyline stemming off of iOMG.
Freddie tells Carly that he and Sam promised to never speak of the kiss again, when he realizes that he’s talking about it, he gets upset about breaking his promise to Sam. When Carly starts to call Sam, Freddie put his hands on top of Carly’s.
Seddie is the romantic pairing of Sam Puckett and Freddie Benson and is the most supported and popular pairing on iCarly. This pairing rivals several others, including Creddie (Carly and Freddie), and Cam (Carly and Sam).
In the iCarly studio, Freddie nudges Sam’s leg with his foot to her get attention. Freddie then continues on his attempt to make Sam insult him by inviting her to a Galaxy Wars convention. Some may consider that as Freddie asking Sam out on a date.
What do Sam and Freddie say on iCarly?
When explaining their prank to Gibby, Sam and Freddie finish each other’s sentences. On iCarly, both Sam and Freddie say the ‘heeeey’ in the same tone. After Sam said “You got him dinner.”, Sam and Freddie both exit the scene without Carly; Freddie smirking at the comment.
iCan’t Take It. Carly and Gibby attempt to end Sam and Freddie’s romance because of Mrs. Benson’s disdain towards their relationship. This is the third episode in the four-episode Seddie arc.
In the beginning of the iCarly skit Sam and Carly’s drinks are red and blue, the colors which make purple, the “official” color of Seddie. During the iCarly webcast, while Nevel is apologizing, Freddie glances at the girls and Sam raises her eyebrows in response. iOMG.
Freddie wants to cancel the show because Sam isn’t there. Freddie doesn’t generally seem as enthusiastic about iCarly as usual, and barely laughs at anything that happens. It’s possible that he associates iCarly with Sam, and that without Sam iCarly is just not as special.
Seddie Song. The official Seddie song is “Running Away” by AM . Fans consider this as the pairing’s official song because it was played during Sam and Freddie’s first kiss. Some consider the official Seddie song to be “Call Me” by Kari Kimmel because that is the song that was played during the iOMG promo.
In iOMG, Sam is wearing a red striped shirt, the official Seddie pattern, and Freddie’s wearing a blue shirt. Red + Blue = Purple, the official Seddie color. In iOMG, it has been confirmed that Sam is indeed in love with Freddie, as she made a move and kissed him.
Sam and Freddie started off with a love-hate relationship, showing strong feelings of dislike towards each other, constantly fighting and arguing. First, it was Sam showing hatred towards Freddie, then he started showing hatred towards her.

Why does Freddie get annoyed with Sam?
After Sam´s AV Club comment, Freddie seems quite annoyed, because he knows that she has a crush on Shane.#N#Freddie seems like he doesn’t want either of the girls to date Shane.#N#Sam supposedly hates stripes in boys, however Shane wears stripes and Sam says she likes his shirt, she also doesn’t mind when Freddie wears them, possibly meaning she doesn’t mind stripes on boys she LIKED.#N#After Freddie says he’s lonely and available, Sam rolls her eyes, possibly because she’s tired of seeing him throw himself at Carly.#N#When Freddie walks up to Sam’s kissing booth scheme for Shane, he appears to be puckering his lips.#N#This shows that Freddie is actually considering kissing Sam and this was before their first kiss together. This could mean that he had wanted to kiss Sam for a while.#N#After Freddie admits he wants Carly to lose the bet so he can date her, Sam looks away from him with a sad face.#N#When Sam pretends that she can’t breathe, Freddie rushes over to her, and starts grabbing her hand.#N#When Sam asks why Freddie’s voice is lower and he says ” I dunno, puberty?” she gets a look on her face that suggests she is excited about Freddie becoming more mature.#N#Sam is the first one to notice that Freddie’s voice got lower.#N#In the extended version, as Carly is persuading Shane to rehearse the play with her, he replies when she says she needed someone to rehearse with, “Doesn’t Freddie live just next door?” Carly responds quickly, “Umm, Freddie’s not that good of an actor” clearly showing that she wouldn’t think of rehearsing a kissing scene with Freddie.#N#Sam lets Freddie eat one of the cookies she made instead of insulting him.
Sam holds Freddie’s hand first when Gorman demotes Briggs and Howard. The fact that he lets her hold his hand means they’re getting closer. She then proceeds to take Carly’s hand as well, but some Seddie fans believe it to be a cover-up, so no one suspects anything from her and Freddie holding hands.
Freddie edited Carly out of Super Bra because he was focusing on Sam the whole time. We find out that Sam loves Freddie. This is ‘the first time in show it is said (the promo for iOMG said she was “in love”). Freddie forgives Sam and it seemed like she was actually sorry and scared that he would break up with her.

Freddie convinced Sam to fix what she did by declaring that he and Carly are in love, back when he had a crush on Carly he would’ve done anything to make sure no other guy got her, but he isn’t even slighly jealous of Adam
The official Seddie song is Running Away by AM. Fans consider this as the pairing’s official song because it was played during Sam and Freddie’s kiss in iKiss which was the first Seddie kiss ever.
Sam seems pretty angry when Valerie says that Freddie is cute, and she also seems to hate Valerie from the start, just because she says she likes Freddie. While Freddie is on his date with Valerie, Sam gets Carly to spy on them with a hidden cam. Sam is the only one to tell Freddie to dump Valerie.
