Former Vice President Pence’s senior White House attorney is one of the few witnesses who has given such devastating evidence of the illegal nature of the plot to reverse the 2020 election.

He testified on Thursday that it was obvious that the vice president lacked the legal authority to overturn legitimate election results. 

He provided direct legal advice to the Vice President on all legal difficulties linked to the Vice President’s Office. He advised the White House Coronavirus Task Force on the Defense Production Act and other legal concerns related to strengthening the domestic supply chain.
