The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office has disclosed the name of the motorist who was involved in a deadly car accident on Penfield’s Empire Boulevard.

According to deputies, the deceased driver of the fatal car accident on June 3 in the morning was Rochester resident Juanella C. Mincey, 31.

Officers claim that no other information can be made public at this time due to the continuing investigation.
