Justin is married to his long-time girlfriend Kate Phillips since 2006. The couple first started dating each other in 2000 when Kate worked as a former international gymnast.

After his wife became a regular in PGA tournaments, the couple finally tied the knot in 2006 in a rare week off between competitions.

Justin was born in Johannesburg, South Africa to his English parents Ken Rose his father and Annie Rose his Mother. he was born on July 30, Johannesburg, South Africa and he is currently 42 years old. His father died of cancer in 2003.

The family moved to England when Rose was five, and he started to play golf at Tylney Park Golf Club. He then moved on to Southwood Golf Club, Hartley Wintney Golf Club, and finally North Hants Golf Club. All of these clubs were near his then-home in Hook, Hampshire.
