Two young men, Landon Eden and Braydan Noland, both from Anderson, Indiana, were killed in a car crash on Saturday in Huntington County.
The two teens, Eden, 16, and Noland, 15, were murdered in a car accident involving a grain tractor-trailer early Saturday morning in Jefferson Township.
Vincent Spear, 19, of Anderson was reportedly driving on S 300 W near W 600 S/IN-124 in Huntington at 8 a.m. on Saturday morning when he ran a stop sign. A commercial grain trailer was then hit by the car. The impact of the collision was so great that the grain truck detached from its trailer, releasing its cargo.
Both Spear and Ethan Noland, who was riding with him and is 17 years old, suffered critical injuries and were airlifted to local hospitals.
It was determined that blunt force trauma caused the deaths of both Eden and Braydan Noland.
The truck’s driver walked away unscathed.
There has been no conclusion reached as to what led to the crash.
