After visiting the Salem Fair with her mother, Aliyah Turner, 13, was last seen on July 3 in the 1500 block of Wyndham Drive at 11 p.m.

Aliyah is 130 pounds, 5’5″ tall, and has black hair and brown eyes. She was last spotted sporting the outfit shown below, which included a brown tank top, black shorts, white Nikes with cheetah print, a silver herringbone chain necklace, gold hoops, and a diamond nose ring.
