According to the Pontotoc Police Department, the body of a missing man was discovered in Marshall County.

On Laws Hill Road, roughly a half-mile from where his pickup truck was discovered the previous week, Brian Dowdy’s body was discovered on Thursday morning.

Out of Pontotoc, Mississippi, Dowdy vanished.

His reason of death is still unknown.
