A placekicker for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League, Riley Patterson was born on September 7, 1999. He participated in collegiate football at Memphis. Riley is an American national whose age is 23 years. He plays football with  Luke Farrell and Walker Little amongst others.

The Detroit Lions acquired Patterson from the Patriots practice squad on November 16, 2021. In his first game against the Chicago Bears in the NFL, Patterson made two extra points. On December 5, 2021, Patterson successfully kicked a field goal versus the Minnesota Vikings. After defeating the Arizona Cardinals 30-12 in Week 15, Patterson was named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week for making all three field goals and all three extra points. August 30, 2022, marked Patterson’s release.
Jacksonville Jaguars on August 31, 2022, claimed Patterson off waivers.
