A 32-year-old man died Monday after a multi-vehicle crash in Lincoln.
Around 2 p.m., officers responded to S 20th Street and Nebraska Parkway for a multi-vehicle crash, Lincoln police said.
Investigators said a white pickup truck was traveling westbound on Nebraska Parkway when a maroon sedan on S 20th Street attempted to turn eastbound.
The vehicles collided in the intersection, Lincoln police said.
Both drivers were taken to a local hospital with critical injuries, according to authorities.
The driver of the sedan, identified as Ryley Costello from Lincoln, was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries, where he later died, according to Lincoln police.
The driver of the pickup truck, a 38-year-old man from Crete, was also taken to a local hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.
Investigators said drugs or alcohol are not suspected to be factors in the crash.
The crash is still under investigation.
