Amallah is of Moroccan and Italian ancestry and was born in Belgium. He decided to play for Morocco’s national team at the international level and made his professional debut on November 15, 2019, in a 0-0 draw with Mauritania in a game for the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations.

He was assisted by Achraf Hakimi on October 9, 2020, when he scored his first goal for the Atlas Lions against Senegal. He later contributed an assist to Morocco’s 3-1 victory by Youssef En-goal Nesyri’s in the 71st minute.
