She is married to Christopher Ketchman who is a piano player and psychologist and has two children with him – a son named Caden Ketchman and a daughter named Lilliana Ketchman. The family of four resides in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
At the age of five, she began dancing and doing gymnastics. She started participating in dance competitions at the age of 12 and also choreographed dance routines for herself as well as her two younger sisters. While in second grade, she began taking part in competitive gymnastics.
Ever since she was in the second grade, she aspired to be a psychologist and went on to obtain a doctorate in psychology. She was the first in her family to obtain a college degree and was even awarded an army scholarship during graduate school.
