Stephen z”l SAR Academy/HS mourns the untimely passing of Stephen Neuwirth z”l, beloved husband of Nataly, and father of SAR students and alumni Oren, Ely, Benjamin, and Emmanuel.

Steve was a dedicated lay leader who served on the Executive Committee, Board of Trustees and as Chair of the Finance Committee.

Steve and Nataly have been committed, generous friends of SAR, supporting music and scholarship programs and investing in capital projects. Steve’s wisdom, compassion, quest for knowledge and courage will forever be remembered.

All who met him were deeply moved by his spirituality and profound emunah. May the family be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Yerushalyim. Jack C. Bendheim, President
