The untimely death of Minnesota horseman Todd Perkins, who apparently had a heart attack while on vacation in Honduras, shocked the saddle horse community.

Because of his lengthy friendship with Judy Jensen at their Center Pointe Stable in Delano, Minnesota, the well-known horseman was a friend to many people. Over the years, Perkins has brought in a lot of riders for the company.

There are no words. Todd was there where I got my very first horse (and cried with us). Todd was there when I climbed back into the cart to drive after a year. Todd you were always there. You were ageless and a staple to the horse community. My heart hurts for those who knew you and even more for those who never got to know you. Be sure to ride the great ones Todd.
