The award-winning and highly regarded NBC drama series “This Is Us,” now in its sixth and final season, stars Jon Huertas as Miguel Rivas.Huertas formerly played Det. Javier Esposito in the ABC drama “Castle.” As Sgt. Tony “Poke” Espera in the HBO miniseries “Generation Kill,” Huertas provided a realistic portrayal of the 1st Recon Battalion of the U.S. Marines during the 2003 invasion of Iraq. Huertas, a veteran himself, referred to it as his most significant job to date.The short films “The Box” and “Lone,” in which he also starred and created the screenplays, were directed by him in recent years.
