Irish-Jamaican influencer Tanice Elizabeth Samuels has passed away – leaving her young family devastated.

The mum-of-two was a Fashion and Beauty Creative who lived in Belfast, Northern Ireland – with an announcement being shared about her passing on Wednesday.

The influencer’s official Instagram accounted shared a simple blank square alongside a devastating announcement revealing she had passed away. A cause of death has not been revealed.

The heartbreaking message, believed to have been written by Tanice’s family, stated: “It is with a heavy heart that we are posting this message. Our beautiful, smart and kind Tanice Elizabeth Samuels passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday 18th December. Thank you for all the love and support you have shown Tanice on her journey.”

Fans and followers were shocked by the statement and flooded the comments section of the post to share condolences. The Saturdays singer Vanessa White was among those reacting to the post, writing: “So heartbreaking seeing this. Sending love to the family” alongside a red heart emoji.

Sunil Makan, the UK editor of Marie Claire, wrote: “Sending family all the strength” alongside a white heart emoji. While a devastated follower wrote: “I’m at a loss for words… My heart is shattered. I still can’t wrap my head around this. May you rest in peace, my beautiful angel. You were truly one of the most genuine and authentic souls in the industry. Sending an abundance of love and prayers to your family in this difficult time.”

News of her passing comes just days after Tanice enjoyed spending time with friends at a glamorous luxury fashion event. The young mother had posed for photos alongside her peers, sharing a string of photos via Instagram alongside a caption stating: “Being festive with babes at the By:Matthew Launch.”
