Bleach’s anime was canceled due to low ratings, though the manga continued to run for another four years. This entire final arc, “1,000-Year Blood War,” will finally be adapted as the show returns for a true final season.
The Bleach anime ends on the Fullbringer arc. The arc after this is the Thousand Year Blood War arc, which is the “final” arc of the series (Tite Kubo has released hints that there may be some form of continuation coming, but given his health I doubt it).

The anime initially met with mixed reviews but overall it was a financial success. Bleach mania soon invaded the world and became a fan favourite. Of course in an adaptation it is understandable that somethings will be added, cut or changed in order to accommodate to a differing media format.
