Wayne Tallman from Vermont is a 52-year-old man charged with felonies while trying to save his son from getting arrested. A video from the police dashcam is already surfacing on the web. 

Tallman is a Vermont man facing charges after state police stated that he tried to attack them with heavy machinery while arresting his son. Two police officers were on the scene trying to apprehend the 52-years-old son. 

His wife, Amy, was also trying to resist the police from taking their boy into custody. Thus, the video is getting viral all over the web, and people are sharing it on social media sites. 

Who Is Wayne Tallman From Vermont?

Wayne Tallman is a father of a burglary suspect Brandon Tallman from Vermont. Along with his son, he is also facing the charges after he tried to obstruct the police proceeding of arresting his kid. 

A police dashcam showed a man proceeding towards the police in an excavator, and recklessly maneuvering the bucket near the troopers, while they were trying to arrest his 24-year-old son. 

Their son was charged with burglary and assault. Police officers Skyler Velaquex and Gabe Schrauf were the ones seen in the video. After the bucket of the heavy machinery was swung near them, one of them pulled out his gun and pointed it at Mr. Wayne. However, no shots were fired. 

Thus, the straightforward case has now taken a turn, and now both the father and son might face several charges for their activities. Many are asking for the punishment for the suspect’s father as well.

Wayne Tallman And His Wife Amy Attacked On State Trooper

A man recognized as Wayne, age 52, and his 48-year-old wife Amy are claimed to attack the State troopers and tried to obstruct the arrest of a burglary suspect. The couple was trying to hold the officers back from arresting their son. 

As the video surfaced on the web, Amy was in a scuffle with authority, whereas her husband got in the cab of the parked excavator and then neared the two officers who were trying to handcuff their son Brandon.

Wayne Tallman Was Arrested For Saving His Son Brandon

Wayne was also arrested for obstructing the police proceeding while the troopers tried to take his son Brandon in custody. As a father, Tallman tried to save his kid from Vermont State Police troopers using heavy machinery. 

Brandon’s mother also tried to intervene in the authority action, but she does not seem to be charged with any felonies now. However, the father and son both are in police custody and could be found guilty of different charges, which would keep them away from home for quite a time. 

But according to Kiro7, Wayne was not pleaded guilty in the criminal court of Caledonia County for the felony count. He was accused of using a dangerous weapon, obstructing a public official, and reckless endangerment and resisting arrest, both misdemeanor offenses.

However, his son will remain in judicial custody and might serve in jail for some time as he is apprehended for burglary and assault. He got into a fight in a Woodbury residence.
